1. Return Policy
We accept returns on most products, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
For perfumes and colognes, sealed packaging must remain intact for returns.
Scented Candles can only be returned if unopened and the original seal is intact.
Non-returnable Items:
Opened perfumes, colognes, and scented candles are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Provide the reason for return and any relevant pictures if applicable.
Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and the necessary instructions.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for both return shipping and any additional customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., broken bottle or leaking perfume), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged product.
